All manufactured and supplied from our subsidiary company Merit Components Ltd, light, medium and heavy duty steel hinges are available in a variety of finishes, including zinc plated, electro brass and powder coated with loose or fixed pins.
Most hinges can be manufactured with or without holes and in flatback or cranked variants. Our EN Class 10 steel hinges can also be supplied with Square or radius corners with variant hole positions and dog bolts for security doors.
Stainless steel Class 13 CE marked ball race hinges with square or radius corners are available with dog bolt and bespoke hole sizes. All hinges can be supplied with or without wood screws; machine screws are available on request.
